Even the printed PLA is soft, but the surface I was running on for 45 minutes resulted in adequate tyre wear. $1.99 per tyre. not bad. Change in Camber required. I think I'll make these thinner also. down to 52mm from 65. I have adequate grip running on 20mm of the tyre and it will increase lock up front also.

My prototypes are awesome. i knew the setting on the printer were not right for this one. With only 1.2mm wall width I knew any impact was going to be touch and go.
I have already revised the TE37 and have a spare as printed today.
